How much does corporate photography cost?

Every rate is published above rather than hidden behind a quote request. Event coverage starts at $2,400 for up to two hours, $4,600 for a half day, and $7,900 for a full day. On-site team headshot days run $5,200 for up to 35 people, $6,600 for up to 50, and $8,900 for up to 75. Individual executive sessions are $1,000, and branded leadership portrait sessions are $2,500. Teams larger than 75 and multi-day conferences are quoted individually.

How quickly will we get the photos?

Faster than most. For events, a highlight gallery arrives the next business day so your recap email and social posts do not have to wait. Full edited galleries follow in three business days for Focused and Half-Day coverage, and five business days for Full-Day. Team headshot days deliver in seven business days. If you need it sooner, 48-hour rush delivery is available at 20 percent, and same-day highlight delivery for events at 30 percent.​

Do we own the photos?

Yes. Full commercial usage rights are included with every package at no additional cost. That covers your website, social channels, press releases, recruiting materials, investor decks, print, and paid advertising, with no expiration and no renegotiation later. Many photographers license images separately or charge again when usage expands. That is not how I work.

Are you insured, and can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. I carry full liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance to your building management, venue, or facilities team on request. Tell me who needs it and when, and I will have it sent ahead of the shoot so nothing holds up access on the day.

How much time does each person need for a headshot day?

Between eight and ten minutes. We pre plan and coordinate time slots so nobody sits waiting and nobody loses a morning. Fifty people can be photographed comfortably in a single eight to nine hour day, with consistent framing, lighting, and color across everyone.

What kind of space do you need on site?

A room roughly twelve by twelve feet with two accessible power outlets and a door that closes. A conference room, training room, or quiet lobby corner all work well. I bring professional lighting and backdrops, so the space does not need to be photogenic, only available. Send a photo of your options beforehand and I will tell you which will work best.

How far in advance should we book?

Four to six weeks is comfortable for most projects. Q4 fills earliest, so October through December dates are worth holding by September. That said, if something lands on your calendar with two weeks' notice, ask anyway. Short-notice dates open more often than you would expect.​

What happens if our event runs long?

It happens constantly and it is not a problem. Additional coverage is $800 per hour billed in thirty-minute increments, and I will confirm with you on site before the clock starts rather than surprising you on the invoice. For Focused Coverage bookings, anything beyond three hours simply converts to the Half-Day rate, which is the better value at that length.

Which cities do you work in?

New York City, Nashville, Miami, Los Angeles and recently added Washington D.C. Travel within your local market is included in every package. Anything beyond roughly fifty miles of your market is quoted at cost with no markup added.

What should our team wear?

Solid colors photograph better than busy patterns, and mid-tone to darker shades tend to look sharpest against a clean background. Beyond that, whatever matches how your team actually presents itself to clients. I send a short wardrobe note you can forward before any headshot day, which takes two minutes to distribute and noticeably improves the results.

Can we add headshots to an event we are already booking?

Yes, and it is one of the better-value combinations. A portrait station can run during breaks at a Full-Day event, or be added to a Focused Coverage booking for $600 covering up to ten people. Since the lighting is already set, the marginal cost is low. Pairing an event with a full Team Headshot Day is also available at preferred pricing.

Start with a twenty-minute exploratory call or the contact form on this page. From there you receive a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and terms, usually within one business day. A fifty percent deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due after final delivery.
