Corporate and Leadership Headshots
Most leadership pages are an archaeology dig. One executive was photographed in a studio six years ago, another against a window at a conference, a third cropped out of a group photo nobody can find the original of. Individually they are fine. Together they tell a visitor that nobody is minding the details.
That is the problem I solve, and it is more logistical than artistic.
On-Site Team Headshot Days I come to your office, set up professional lighting and backdrops in a conference room, and photograph your entire team in one day. Thirty-five to seventy-five people, roughly eight to ten minutes each, on a schedule your team claims themselves so nobody sits waiting. Everyone sees their frames and picks their own favorite from an online gallery. Every image matches every other image: same framing, same lighting, same color, across the whole org chart. Final files land in seven business days. The room requirement is modest. Roughly twelve by twelve feet, two power outlets, a door that closes. The space does not need to be photogenic, only available.
Individual Executive Sessions For executives, partners, board members, and anyone whose photograph shows up in a press release. Sixty minutes, two to three looks, an online proofing gallery, and five fully retouched images in web and print versions. For CEO press kits, speaker pages, book jackets, and rebrand launches, the branded leadership portrait session runs two hours with a pre-shoot direction call and three or more distinct setups.
Why Executives Relax The reason senior people photograph badly is almost never the lighting. It is that they feel evaluated, and they are used to being the one doing the evaluating. I co-founded a company where I run people and operations, so I have spent years managing that exact dynamic from the other side of the desk. Most people are done in under ten minutes and slightly surprised it was painless. The ones who told me beforehand that they hate having their picture taken are usually the ones who linger at the back of the camera.
